What to do when your vehicle / goods has been stolen or hijacked
Any theft or hijacking must be reported telephonically to HCV, within 1 hour of the discovery thereof by the Insured or a responsible person to the following; EMERGENCY NUMBERS: 24 hour Call Centre 0860 869 428 (TOW HCV) or 08610 22737 (CARES)
Report the vehicle as stolen or hijacked to the police within 1 hour of the discovery thereof by the Insured or a responsible person and obtain a police case number
