  • Claims within 48 Hours

    • HCV endeavours to authorise repairs in respect of own damage claims, on receipt of all documents and/or assessors report within 48 hours. This means policyholders get their trucks back on the road sooner than ever.
    • One quotation only required from your choice of supplier(s)

  • Agreed Value

    • Agreed Value is the value agreed between the client, the Broker and HCV
    • In the event of a total loss, the client is paid out the Agreed Value, less (applicable) excesses

  • SASRIA (South African Special Risks Insurance Association) is a recommended additional cover for vehicles and Goods in Transit (GIT), and it’s offered at an extra premium. SASRIA provides coverage for losses or damages resulting from special risks like strikes, riots, public disorder, and terrorism.
